February 29, 2008 Death Notice -- GernerHENRY L. GERNER, retired Elder (SIC) and Head of the Department of Chaplaincy, Counseling & C.P.E. at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis from 1982 to his retirement in 1994, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2008. Calling hours are scheduled from 3 to 7:30 p.m., Monday, March 3, at Flanner Buchanan Funeral Home, 1305 E Broad Ripple Avenue in Indianapolis. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 4 at North United Methodist Church, 3808 N. Meridian Street in Indianapolis. Survivors include: his wife, Dorothy “Dotti” Gerner, 4436 N Pennsylvania St, Indianapolis, IN 46205; one son, Mark Gerner. |
