Edits/publishes the Hoosier United Methodist Together, a monthly newspaper for clergy and laity.
Serves as communications consultant to the Indiana Bishop and his Cabinets. Develops media coverage for Area- and Conference-level events and initiatives. Prepares press statements for Bishop Mike Coyner
Provides Congregational Communication Workshops for pastors, administrative assistants and volunteers.

Previous professional experience:
- Director of Communication for Disciples of Christ Church Finance Council, designing, printing and distributing special offering resource materials to more than 2,700 congregations in North America
- Managing Editor of The Disciple magazine of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) with a national circulation of more than 24,000 subscribers
- Associate Editor of The United Methodist Reporter based in Dallas, Texas, an international weekly newspaper distributed to more than 350,000 subscribers.
- Director of Communications for the Nebraska Area of The United Methodist Church and editor of The Messenger, a monthly newspaper sent to more than 40,000 United Methodist families in Nebraska. Also wrote and produced a weekly radio news program heard on five stations across the state.
- Pastor in the Nebraska Conference serving both rural and urban congregations
