North Conference presents 2007 Bread and Basin Awards
Each year, the North Indiana Conference honors several United Methodists in the conference with the Bread and Basin Award for their outstanding contributions to the church. This year Kayc Mykrantz, NIC Lay Leader of Logansport, announced the recipients made by nominations from each of the conference's nine district at the annual conference session during an all-conference banquet.
The 2007 Bread and Basin recipients are named by District: Calumet - Don Copple and Champ Merrick, Fort Wayne - Deb Miteff; Huntington - George and Juanita Rapp, Kokomo - Shirley Dominick, Lafayette - Norma Crane, Marion - Rev. Brian Wise, Muncie - Earl and Louise Luke and Warsaw - Holly White.
