Web site created to understand suicide

A new Web site was recently announced which deals directly with youth suicide. The site www.suicide-youth-teen-college.com  centers on the February 2000 suicide of the Rev. Ronald L. Fair's (Kingman, Arizona) 21-year-old son, who was an honor student at Northern Arizona University, Mark Adam Fair.

The site released by the minister in cooperation with a northern Arizona church is a research tool for teachers, clergy, individuals and families in crisis. Youth suicide has become an epidemic across the nation. It crosses all ages and economic situations according to Rev. Fair.

The site contains information regarding the causes of suicide. It also reviews the signs that parents need to be aware of. One of the important aspects of the site is to allow youth from all over the world to send in their poems, thoughts and essays. The purpose here is to provide both a site that deals with contemporary thinking regarding youth suicide and a religious site for turning despair to hope.
